Community Service Hours
1. Step One: The Opportunities Arise
It is important to understand that for each event and activity, I will provide students ample opportunities to earn hours. It could be through donations and/or working with us.
2. Step Two: Students Choose to Earn Hours
For those students that choose to earn hours, I will document your information and community service in the ROAR Community Service Binder. You can order a copy of their binder information in the form below.
3. Step Three: Documentation
Once the student has successfully completed their community service, I will document their hours in the ROAR Community Service Binder. Please note that hours are subject to change.
4. Step Four: Community Service Letters
1-2 weeks after the event, I will write each student's community service letter. It is the STUDENT'S responsibility to order their community service letters using the appropriate forms below.
5. Step Five: Obtaining Old Community Service Letters
If you forget to get your letter please come see me or fill out the form below. Regardless what school year or what even you worked! We have records of every event and student working. We will never stop you from getting your well earned hours.
